Allotment Locations

Hughenden Parish Council has eight allotments within its Parish. They are immensely popular and we have some tenants which have been successfully cultivating their plots for many years!

The Council runs a yearly competition and the accolade of 'Best Allotment' within the Parish is keenly contested! New for 2007 will be an additional award - The Bill Dean Cup. This has been kindly donated by Councillor Dean - in memory of his father, who was a very ardent allotment holder! It will be awarded annually to the Best Allotment Newcomer.

Should you wish to apply for an allotment, please do not hesitate to contact us. Due to the popularity of our allotments, you may find that we have a waiting list on some sites. However, we will gladly take your details and let you know as soon as one becomes available.

The Annual Rent for our allotments varies from £7.50 to £15 a year depending on the size of the plot. Please see our Allotment Rules and Regulations.

Great Kingshill Ward

Red Lion Allotment
This allotment is situated behind Hughenden Parish Council's Offices in Common Road, Great Kingshill.

Cryers Hill Allotment
This allotments is situated along a track which is located next to Cryers Hill Methodist Church. The Church is situated in Cryers Hill Road, Cryers Hill.

Hughenden Valley Ward

Hughenden Valley Allotment
This allotment is situated at the end of Whitfield Road. From Hughenden Valley turn left at the mini roundabout onto Coombe Lane, take the next turning left into Burnham Road. Whitfield Road is located off Burnham Road.

North Dean Allotment
This allotment is situated along a track which is next to North Dean Village Hall and playing fields.

Naphill Ward

Louches Lane Allotment
This allotment has two entrances and can be accessed by either Main Road or Louches Lane both in Naphill.

Walters Ash Allotment
This allotment is situated on the Main Road in Walters Ash

Widmer End Ward

Windmill Lane Allotment
This allotment has two entrances and can be accessed by either North Road or Windmill Lane both in Widmer End.

Primrose Hill Allotment
This allotment is situated on Primrose Hill in Widmer End.
